Our client is a trusted and leading supplier of bamboo, wood, and plastic products in Indonesia, recognized for their strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. With a focus on continuous innovation and operational excellence, they aim to solidify their position as the most reliable provider of toothpicks and wooden sticks in the market. To support their business growth and strategic initiatives, they are currently seeking a Strategic Management Officer.
As a Strategic Management Officer, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s growth through strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. Your role is essential in identifying improvement areas, executing transformative initiatives, and ensuring sustainable business processes that support both sales and production continuity.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to manage inventory flow effectively, minimizing product shortages and reducing production downtime.
Design and implement measurable KPIs to monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
Analyze and develop systems for sales and marketing to support business growth and long-term customer engagement.
Lead business transformation initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring strategies are scalable and aligned with the company’s vision.
Manage packaging and logistics planning from small to bulk quantities (e.g., 1 box, 3 boxes, 5 boxes), optimizing resource allocation and delivery timelines.
Draft and evaluate partnership or client contracts to maintain continuity and maximize long-term value.
Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are well-executed and continuously evaluated for relevance and impact.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy, business operations, or supply chain / production management.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of executing impactful initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, project management tools, and familiarity with production and sales systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to drive both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
