The IGNITE Internship Program is a 12-week internship at FedEx, offering high-potential youth the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, mentorship from industry experts, and practical skills to jumpstart their careers. Whether your interests lie in Sort Operations, Pick up and Delivery Operations, Clearance Operations, Global Services Provider, Operations Excellence Management, this structured program is designed to help you learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one.
