As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing multiple interior projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating internal teams, third-party vendors, and clients to achieve project success.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility by engaging relevant stakeholders.
Develop and track detailed project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement necessary adjustments.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Conduct performance analysis and provide regular project updates to management.
Supervise and mentor junior staff to enhance team productivity.
Utilize project management tools for tracking and reporting.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design .
Minimum 10+ years of experience in managing interior projects.
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to monitor project progress and resolve issues effectively.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
