Job Description
The role of HRGA (Human Resources and General Affairs) is a multifaceted one, combining the responsibilities of human resources management with general administrative duties. Here's a breakdown of the key aspects :
Core Responsibilities :
- Human Resources (HR) Functions : Recruitment and Selection : Managing the hiring process, from posting job openings to interviewing and onboarding new employees. Employee Relations : Handling employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Compensation and Benefits : Administering payroll, managing employee benefits (insurance, etc.), and ensuring competitive compensation packages. Training and Development : Organizing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Performance Management : Implementing performance evaluation systems and providing feedback to employees. HR Policies and Procedures : Developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring they are up-to-date.
- General Affairs (GA) Functions : Office Management : Overseeing office maintenance, supplies, and equipment. Facility Management : Ensuring the workplace is safe, clean, and functional. Vendor Management : Managing relationships with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other services. Asset Management : Maintaining records of company assets and ensuring their proper maintenance. Legal Compliance : Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and permits. Administration : Handling administrative tasks, such as managing documents and processing paperwork.
