Uraian TugasMelakukan administrasi dokumen dan arsip terkait fasilitas rumah sakit, seperti laporan pemeliharaan, kontrak vendor, dan data pengadaan. Mengelola dan mengolah data penggunaan fasilitas (listrik, air, pemeliharaan, logistik umum, limbah B3, dan lainnya). Menyusun laporan mingguan dan bulanan dalam bentuk data tabulasi, grafik, dan infografis untuk manajemen. Membuat materi presentasi yang sistematis dan visual menggunakan Microsoft PowerPoint atau tools pendukung lainnya. Membantu pelaksanaan audit internal dan eksternal dengan menyiapkan dokumen dan data pendukung. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (engineering, keamanan, housekeeping) serta vendor terkait kegiatan operasional fasilitas. Menjalankan tugas administratif lainnya sesuai kebutuhan dan arahan atasan langsung.
Job Description
Bertanggung jawab mendukung aktivitas operasional Departemen Facility Management & General Affair melalui pengelolaan administrasi , dokumentasi , serta koordinasi dengan tim internal dan eksternal. Posisi ini membutuhkan kemampuan dalam mengolah data operasional, menyusun laporan, serta membuat presentasi yang informatif untuk keperluan manajemen.
Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3 dari jurusan Administrasi, Manajemen, Teknik, atau bidang lain yang relevan.
- Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar; pengalaman kerja di bidang administrasi fasilitas menjadi nilai tambah.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel (pengolahan data, grafik, pivot) dan PowerPoint (pembuatan presentasi).
- Teliti, rapi, mampu bekerja dengan tenggat waktu, serta memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.
- Bersedia bekerja di lingkungan rumah sakit dan mematuhi standar profesionalisme serta kerahasiaan data.
