As their partner, we are assisting them in finding a driven and experienced professional to join their team in Indonesia.
As a Sales LCL, you will play a vital role in driving our export business growth by promoting Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments to key global markets. Your focus will be on developing business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a smooth sales process for LCL exports—especially to the Middle East, Europe, Australia, and expanding into the US market. If you have a solid background in LCL sales and a database of potential customers, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities :
Actively sell and promote LCL export services to existing and new clients, focusing on the Middle East, Europe, Australia, and the US.
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent customer service and timely follow-up on inquiries.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with freight forwarders, traders, and logistics partners.
Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close deals in coordination with the pricing and operations team.
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and shipment tracking using internal systems.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in domestic or export sales of LCL shipments.
Strong understanding of international freight forwarding and export documentation.
Existing database or network in target markets (Middle East, Europe, Australia, US) is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
