Job Description
- Build and maintain good relations with counterparts and partners - Coordinate meetings, trips, and activities for Japanese experts and consultants - Attend meetings and report progress - Help develop and implement the Plan of Operation (PO) - Support monitoring, evaluation, and data collection - Assist experts using public health knowledge and interpretation skills - Track health security and the program updates in Indonesia - Organize program events (training, visits, workshops) and handle logistics - Manage budgets, procurement, accounting, and reports - Maintain records and submit monthly activity reports - Perform other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in fields related to Public Health ・Business English (written and verbal) ・Minimum of five (5) years of experiences preferably in the health sector, international development cooperation or government services.
Computer skills / Expertise using Word, Excel, and PowerPointGood interpersonal / communication skill and strong analytical skills and problem solvingGood managerial skill with the capability to work independently
