AYANA Hospitality is looking for a dedicated and skilled Staff Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC) to join our team at Delonix Hotel Karawang. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing all mechanical and HVAC systems to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our guests and staff.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Monitor and control energy consumption, optimizing HVAC operations to improve efficiency.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Adhere to safety regulations, ensuring that all work complies with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including inventory management.
- Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations.
