Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate assessment processes.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Handling Training of employees
Qualifications :
7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.Proven experience within the manufacturing industryProficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn, etcKnowledge on using HRIS system
