Uraian TugasBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Business Computing, or a related field- Business English proficiency : Able to read and write business documents, communicate in business meetings, and understand vendor manuals- 2 years of experience working in an IT company or IT department- 1 year of experience working as a server administrator for UNIX / Linux servers- Proficiency in UNIX / Linux server administration through the command line (LPIC-1 level)- Proficiency in shell script programming for automating server administration tasks- Ability to provide logical reasoning for problem causes based on facts and product specifications- Willing to be placed in Cilegon (client's site)- Previous experience working in manufacturing / Japanese companies is preferable
Job Description
- Manage the IT infrastructure of production control for a client in the manufacturing industry to ensure availability as defined in the target SLA- The scope of the IT infrastructure includes Hardware (servers, storage, devices), OS, and Middleware (WebApp, DB, Scheduler, etc.)- Plan and propose configuration changes to superiors and users when there is a request from users or the application team- Prepare procedures, implement and test approved configuration changes. Report the test results to superiors and users- Prepare and execute migration and monitoring on the production server. Report the results to superiors and users- Regularly monitor system alerts. If any disruptions are found or reported by users, conduct troubleshooting in coordination with the team, users, and vendors- Proactively propose improvements or preventive actions if any issues are found in the current system configuration- Perform other related duties as assigned
