Responsibilities :

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the entire management spectrum to identify business issues and areas for improvement
• Plan the company's long-term and short-term growth directions
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance to identify opportunities and risks
• Foster collaboration with various departments to implement strategic plans, ensuring seamless integration and synergy across the organization
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of strategic plans and make necessary adjustments to ensure their alignment with the evolving needs of the organization and market dynamics
