Requirements :

• Contract Specialist should preferably be professional engineer or with contract management experience
• Experience of not less than 10 years in procurement and managing international contracts related to the scope of supply.
• A good understanding of FIDIC regulations as well as local loan handling procedures.
• Shall be conversant with the various types of standard bidding procedures and documents offered by the different international Financial Institutions / donors.
• Shall have excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
• A high level of organization skills is required
