Technical Sales Engineer - Steel (Medan)

Job Description

• Monitor & communicate with customer regularly- Control sales, capture customer expectation, capture growing opportunities- Market research and competitor analysis- Problem solve and complaint handling- Monitor supply chain and other location stock- Provide technical support for customers in Indonesia and regional- Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirement

Min. Bachelor’s in Foundry / Metallurgical or Mechanical / Physical / Industrial engineering from top tier university・Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient in doing technical discussion in English fluently)・Min. 5 years working of experience as Sales Engineer or Production / Engineer in Foundry Industry, with knowledge in Jobbing Steel-Iron and Non Ferrous Foundry (Engineering-Production), experienced in reaching technical drawing, good understanding in M / E, understanding of ISO 9001・Own SIM A (active)・Currently residing in Medan area・Responsible, honest, committed, logical, self motivated, disciplined, creative, assertive, good communication and good presentation skill
