Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Multinational Property Company, they're looking for a Human Resources Manager. This position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding.
  • Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Implement performance management systems and conduct reviews.
  • Identify training needs, design programs, and facilitate development initiatives.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee HR administrative tasks and maintain employee records.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs.
  • Support change management initiatives within the property sector.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including as a sole contributor in a multinational company.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
