Job Description
- Organize and supervise daily HR and GA activities to ensure efficient and effective operations - Responsible for but not limited to handling agreements, company assets, permits, procurement of goods / services, building and vehicle maintenance, and HSE control- Responsible in ISO 9001, 14001, and SNI- Implement and oversee the regulations related to labor and SHE regulation- Creating report to HR Manager- Oversee employee recruitment, training and development processes- Other related task
Job Requirement
Minimum 2 years' experience as HRD / GA Coordinator / Supervisor, preferably in Japanese manufacturing・ Experienced in companies with more than 300 employees・Good understanding and able to implement the regulations related to labor and SHE regulation・ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve human resources related issues.・ Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees at all levels.
