Internl Auditor
1. Prepare and implement the internal audit annual work plan.
2. Evaluate and test the adequacy and effectiveness of the implementation ofernance, risk management and internal control, while considering whether the results achieved and the business processes carried out are in line with the objectives, risk appetite and behavior of the organization's values.
3. Analyze the workflow and operations in finance, accounting, operations, human resources, marketing, information technology and other activities through audit.
4. Provide rmendations for improvement and objective information on the activities examined at all levels of management.
5. Submit and present the audit result report to the management by explaining operationally the planning, implementation, and monitoring of audit progress and results on a regular basis / on requested
6. Develop a program to evaluate and improve the quality of the Internal Audit activities carried out.
1. Have minimum 5 years of experience in the same role.
2. Having certification of CIA or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
3. Carry out the highest level of integrity in carrying out their duties, while being firm and honest.
4. Maintain the confidentiality of information obtained in the performance of tasks.
5. Implement the Internal Audit Code of Ethics.
6. Englishmunication (Speak and write) is a must.
7. Mandarinmunication is a plus.
