Account Receivable

Position : Account Receivable (AR) - (Plastic Packaging Manufacture)

Key Responsibilities :

Record incoming payments from customers and reconcile with bank statements on a daily basis.

Control and clear aging customer accounts on a weekly basis.

Prepare discrepancies report and scrap sales report monthly.

Support internal and external audit processes as required.

Review draft Letters of Credit (LC) and input final LC data into the system as required.

Coordinate with the bank on LC matters.

Perform additional tasks as requested related to accounts receivable, customer issues, or AR claims.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 23 years of experience in Accounts Receivable preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Proficient in using accounting and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar).

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).

Good understanding of financial accounting principles, AR processes, and tax compliance (e.g., VAT, withholding tax).

Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports (aging report, reconciliation, audit schedules).
