Operational Improvement Specialist

Description

Conduct assessment / diagnostics to determine which areas that need improvements.

Seek for solutions that match the existing problems to turn around conditions to get better production results.

Create specific project plan, timeline, scope, project structure, and the roles of team members.

Give clear directions, instructions, and decisions to team members and stakeholders to enable them carryout their duties effectively.

Identify daily issues / risks during the implementation and escalate to Head of Agronomy & Mechanization.

Oversee project implementation to ensure completion in accordance with objectives, time and costs.

Develop a replanting & mature division model to showcase future mechanization and automation for effective management with cost efficiency.

Optimizing trial of initiatives related to mechanization and automatization in the assigned estates / divisions.

Ensure that knowledge from the implemented initiatives are codified, reviewed and evaluated.

Maintain good communication with estate stakeholders (VPA, RC, Manager) to ensure all projects and initiatives in trial division run successfully.
