Production Manager

Leighton Asia Indonesia is currently seeking a Production Manager. The role will be based in Bekasi Workshop. The successful candidate will coordinate with project teams for site deliveries, manage factory production, and oversee sub-contractor workforces to ensure adherence to schedules, procedures, and safety standards. This role involves preparing micro schedules, updating factory KPIs, and ensuring optimal factory layouts for upcoming works.

Key Requirements

• Tertiary Degree (Bachelor level) in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Manufacturing.
• 10+ years postgraduate experience and 10+ years in the current role
• Multi-discipline project experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality & workplace safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
