Our client is a prominent group of holiday destination accommodations with multiple locations in Indonesia, offering a distinctive hotel concept, unique ambience, exceptional restaurants, and remarkable services is actively seeking for an experienced Assistant Chief Accountant to join their team in Denpasar office.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of chief accounting role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in managing accounting functions across multiple properties.
  • Experience with accounting software such as Xero or similar platforms.
  • Certification in Brevet is a plus.
  • Strong background in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Cluster Chief Accountant in developing and implementing financial strategies to ensure the company's financial health and growth
  • Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the company's strategic plan.
  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations. - Supervise investment activities and provide strategies for cash management.
  • Implement policies and procedures to maintain financial discipline and control.
  • Lead and manage the finance team, including accounting, treasury, tax, and investor relations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance department.
  • Engage with investors, banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Ensure corporate governance compliance and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Maintain relationships with external auditors and oversee the annual audit process.
