Set up and execute the Go-To-Market process merging the way how account operates globally with Puma internal needs
To support the development of the PUMA WHS strategy and subsequently lead the translation and implementation at local level to improve standardization and executional excellence across all sales activities ie. Account Mgmt and Segmentation, Trade Terms Policies and other functional initiativesTo forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on own and departmental KPIs i.e. Sales and Margin, Trade Terms, Orderbook. To monitor and report on customer and competitor performance ie market share and development, sell-thru performance and ROI on key activities.To support the local and SEA senior management team in formulating and executing the local PUMA brand strategy – mid- to long-term by ensuring priorities are set and resource allocated accordinglyYOUR TALENT
University degree in business or equivalentAdvanced understanding of Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing, Functional : 10+ years in Sales / RetailIndustry : Sport, FMCG, ConsultingEnglish : Fluent / Advanced
