As a Sales & Marketing Administrator at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, you will support the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks and coordination and specific functions related to sales and marketing activities. Primary responsible includes :

Passion in understanding and embody company values
Perform various administrative duties and assisting executive office
Time management and organizational
Report compilation and organization
Ad Hoc project coordination
Act with heart in providing warm, personalized service to guests and our talents

Requirements

What you bring :

Relevant qualification or experience in a similar role at a 5

luxury hotel preferred

Proficient in Ms. Office, computer and graphic design literacy

Strong time management and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Consistency and strong attention in details and organizational skills

Possesses customer service skills

Having professional appearance and etiquette

Willingness to learn, develop and grow

Indonesian citizen only
