The opportunity
Due to on-going growth, we are currently recruiting a permanent role for Project Financial Administrator to join the Indonesia Office. This role is fixed term with contract duration 6 months
Project Financial Administrator (Fixed Term)
Role Purpose and Key Accountabilities
- Maintain and ensure compliance with delegated financial authorities
- Provide quality service to internal and external clients
- Set up, maintain, report and issue invoices for projects. Reconcile the bank account and receipt client payments
against relevant projects
Provide assistance to revenue recognition process for individual projectsProvide assistance to Job Directors and Job Managers in their collection efforts of debtsCollaborate effectively with counterparts in other Beca officesParticipate professionally and enthusiastically within the Finance team and provide support on special projects asdirected
Inform clients proactively when unable to meet their expectations and reach agreement on a course of actionUnderstands the broader team and manages expectations accordinglyEscalate complex enquiries onto Manager for responseSeek specific and constructive feedback to ensure professional and technical developmentMaintain positive working relationships even when the situation becomes difficultWork to achieve team goals through personal effort with regular attendance and effective contribution to team /project meetings
Build rapport and communicate professionally with all team members and clients even when the situationbecomes difficult

To be successful in this role, you will have :
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting,Fresh graduate or candidate with max 1 year experience are welcome to applyUnderstanding of spreadsheets, reconciliations and data analysisStrong administrative, numeracy and procedural skillsConfidentiality and ProfessionalismExceptional attention to detailGood time management skillsAble to work independently and exercise initiativesA team player.
