- Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer and direct incoming calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Book and modify reservations
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidential information is protected
Requirements
Only for Indonesian CitizenMinimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resortEloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Fluent in Korean, Mandarin, Japanese or other languages is an advantageDiploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
