The Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) will be instrumental in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition and overall human capital management. This role demands a proactive leader who can engage with stakeholders across the organization to attract, acquire, and retain top talent while supporting strategic HR initiatives.
1. Talent Acquisition :
- Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and define job requirements and desired skills.
- Develop a talent pipeline by leveraging networks, social media, and other innovative sourcing methods.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial contact through onboarding.
2. Human Capital Strategic Partnership :
Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on human capital matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.Collaborate with management to identify and address current and future workforce needs.Support the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans.3. Employee Engagement and Development :
Drive initiatives that foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous development.Identify training and development needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.Support change management initiatives and promote organizational values and culture.4. Data Analysis and Reporting :
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to management.Prepare and present reports on recruitment outcomes, employee engagement, and other human capital metrics.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.Have 5-6 years experience in talent acquisition and human capital management.Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment strategies.Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Education
