Job Description

This person is responsible to query, analyze and understand pattern of the collection data and create MIS dashboards.

Main Responsibility

  • Analyze and understand pattern in data.
  • Ensure all the reporting and dashboard are timely updated with 100% accuracy.
  • Calculate and review monthly incentives to ensure accuracy and fairness.
  • Support operation team with day-to-day tools.
  • Working in collaboration with collection strategy, operations, and risk management teams to align MIS outputs with business needs.

Qualification

  • Knowledge of SQL, Excel and visualization tool.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high accountability.
  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced environment.
