Job Description
As a Country Manager, your main responsibilities will include :
Commercial and Operational
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase market shares and to create brand awareness.
- Managing budgets, P&L, forecasting sales, and ensuring profitability and financial health of the company.
- Analyzing market shares, trends, consumer behaviour and analysing competitors so that he / she can adapt their strategies accordingly.
- Serving as the primary spokesperson for the entity in Indonesia, representing its interest in public events and media interactions.
- Defining the country strategy to grow the new businesses, leading sales and operations functions of business in Indonesia.
- Determining the country's business strategy, overseeing its implementation and following up the budget to meet the committed financial goals.
- Developing relationships with important stakeholders in the country to bring in new business / grow the business
- Developing the blueprint for the business, and implementing the strategies for launching its products.
- Ensuring that the business is aligned with the local regulations.
- Developing and organizing the country team following proper compliance with the global' s standards.
Leadership and Management
Working closely with product, engineering, risk, finance, and HR functions, ensuring that cross-functional initiatives are delivered..Recruiting, building, and leading a high-performing executive team, and fostering positive corporate culture.Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders, including the board of investors, employees and customers.As this is a newly launched business, you will also be expected to be involved in setting up the legal entity and a few administrative details required.
