About the Role :
We are looking for a motivated and creative Employer Branding & Recruitment Intern to support our Management Trainee Program. In this role, you will assist in enhancing our employer's brand through social media and website content while also gaining hands-on experience in recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities :
Employer Branding :
- Assist in creating and managing content for social media platforms to enhance employer branding.
- Update and maintain career-related content on the company website.
- Support employer branding campaigns and initiatives to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in recruitment materials.
Recruitment Support :
Assist in organizing and scheduling interview sessions for the Management Trainee program and other recruitment needs.Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for Schedule arrangements.Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate follow-ups.Maintain recruitment databases and track candidate progress.
Requirements :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Strong interest in employer branding, social media content creation, and recruitment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Will be available for working full time, for 8 months' durationWilling to be placed at SCBD Area
