Uraian Tugas

The Position

As the Product Manager Tissue Diagnostics, you will works across the tissue diagnostics work area systems especially on Histology, H&E staining, IHC / ISH staining and Digital pathology, including :

  • Develop marketing and sales plans.
  • Prepare product specific plans for inclusion in the long-term strategic plan.
  • Prepare an annual promotional / tactical plan indicating the strategic promotional activities planned.
  • Coordinate with clinical teams to conduct product training, competitor information intelligence and market trends to sales force on an ongoing basis
  • Identify marketing opportunities based on medical information, market knowledge, and competitor knowledge.
  • Set up a competitive pricing strategy and scheme to ensure market position and hence, profitability of the assigned products.
  • Support of tender related processes and activities.
  • Propose and develop sales campaigns in term of discounts, bundling, package, etc. .
  • Monitor, evaluate and validate feedback from customers, market surveys, sales results, competitor activities, etc. and submit recommendation, when appropriate, on how product performance could be improved.
  • Prepare for the successful launch of new products.
  • Monitor performance, direct and control marketing budget.
  • Own specific discussions with internal, regional and global counterparts on the latest market activities and trends.
  • Provide support to business analysis, KPI tracking and other projects as required.
  • Support market expansion strategies and with complex projects while weaving in a one Roche approach to achieve business objectives.
  • Have insights into trends or technology for the tissue diagnostics portfolio overall and identify how to tap into these trends to streamline performance, become market shapers and grow market share

Who you are

  • A leader with an in depth understanding of the tissue diagnostics and anatomical pathology business in Indonesia
  • A strong background in both commercial and technical with a good understanding of the latest trends, diagnostic and digital innovations across the overall diagnostic landscape will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in collaborating and forging partnerships to drive innovation in an agile environment or continuous improvement efforts, that have yielded tangible results and / or positive impact for patients, lab and business stakeholders.
  • Communication & presentation skills – Should be capable of developing and presenting convincing arguments and influence the outcome of the decisions.
  • Deep knowledge in clinical and product Portfolio – Both clinical and technical knowledge empowering the person to influence the internal and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to incubate and foster agile organizations with a complex, global corporate environment.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Science or Business in the related field.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the tissue diagnostics and anatomical pathology business field.
  • Good presentation skills, strong business acumen, digital acumen, and financial acumen.
  • Proven experience in business planning and opportunity prioritization.
  • Team management experience is not necessary but is desired.
