Uraian TugasLead and manage the full HR functions, including recruitment, employee life cycle, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, learning and development, and employee engagement. Manage payroll management and employees' benefits in compliance with the relevant legislation in a timely and accurate manner. Work closely with the managers in resource planning, talent development, performance management, and talent retention. Work closely with managers in providing HR consultation to optimize people, structure, process, and culture to achieve business results. Review, develop, and implement HR policies, plans, processes, and programs to ensure they are effective, relevant, and aligned to organizational goals, market trends, and competitiveness. Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provide advice and coaching to address people-related matters, including grievance handling and performance management. Drive employee engagement programs to promote a people-centric and collaborative culture. Manage day-to-day office and purchasing operations; oversee overall office activities and budgeting. Manage relationships with facilities management and coordinate office maintenance and support needs.
