The Campaigns team is an established team responsible for planning and operationalizing national GrabFood campaigns. We make an impact by running exciting demand generation packages for both Merchants and Eaters. Our team is made up of problem solvers and go-getters. Get to know the Role
Assist, from a data-centric viewpoint, in planning national campaigns
Measure the effectiveness of campaign initiatives in delivering impact
Experiment on campaign constructs to test hypotheses, as well as set success metrics
Analyze campaign results and present actionable insights to drive the business forward
The Day-to-Day Activities
Monitor key metrics for local & tactical campaigns and drive iterations
Update post-campaign performance
Set success metrics for new initiatives and measure results against these
Act as data owner and source of truth for campaigns-related data
The Must-Haves
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics is preferred but all majors from top institutions are welcomed to apply
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations or analytics
Strong in both operational and analytical skills
Energetic, enthusiastic, and calm even in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
Good project management skill
Team player
Effective communicator to both technical and business audiences
Proficient in spreadsheets (MS Office / GSuite)
Proficient in SQL, Python (mandatory)
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
