We are looking for a B2C Marketing Intern to support the growth and engagement of our parenting and women-focused WhatsApp communities in Indonesia. You will assist in executing marketing and community strategies to help us reach and engage more users through digital channels and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities :

Assist in growing WhatsApp communities by supporting outreach through digital campaigns, partnerships, and referral initiatives.
Help identify and connect with relevant parenting groups, micro-influencers, and Key Opinion Moms (KOMs).
Help track community metrics (growth, activity, retention) and compile performance reports.
Contribute fresh ideas for user engagement and B2C marketing strategies.

Requirements

Requirements :

University student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

Passion for B2C marketing, online communities, and parenting / women’s lifestyle topics.

Familiarity with WhatsApp and digital platforms.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).

Eager to learn, proactive, detail-oriented, and creative.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

Experience managing or being active in WhatsApp, Telegram, or Facebook communities.

Basic skills in content creation or digital marketing tools.

Interest or knowledge in data analytics, community-building tools, or influencer outreach.

Good at basic Excel
