Uraian TugasMinimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort Eloquent in English communication Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) Availability to work in shifts as needed Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the venue
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Manage reservations
- Provide menus and announce Waiter / Waitress’s name
- Greet customers upon their departure
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
