Role Overview : We are seeking an energetic, engaging, and camera-confident Freelance Shopping Livestream Host to present products, interact with viewers, and create an enjoyable and persuasive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Host live shopping events, showcasing Beauty and Fashion products and their features.
  • Create a fun, interactive, and engaging shopping experience for viewers.
  • Interact with live audiences by responding to questions and comments in real time.
  • Demonstrate products effectively and persuasively to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the production team to prepare for each livestream, including scripting, rehearsals, and product familiarization.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor on-camera.

  • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in hosting, presenting, or live streaming is preferred.
  • No experience candidate will be considered
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
  • Passion for e-commerce, sales, and engaging with audiences.
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt to live situations.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate scheduled live events, including evenings and weekends.
  • University students are welcome

    The Role

    You will be responsible for :

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
  • Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
  • Providing other organisational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant or B2C Sales role, ideally within the Internet and Media & Entertainment industry.
  • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
