Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG / GTS. Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the correctness and completeness of the transactions in accordance with SOP (Standard Operations Procedure), Bank Procedures, Group Guidelines ie. CSA etc and Regulatory Guidelines
- Review and update SOP (if any changes)
- Ensure documents have been file systematically and original documents are only accessible to authorized staff members.
- To review Staff’s job description, responsibilities and performances
- Motivate, coach and train staff to build up an efficient, knowledgeable and solid teamwork and ensure improvement in competencies and manage out poor performances
- Report or discuss for any irregularities with superior for immediate action
- Ensure integrity of the entire risk management process
- Control of costs and expenses
- Avoid / minimize any potential regulatory penalties and write off / losses
- Complete a robust CSA twice a year and implement action plan for each open item. Track all outstanding CSA / ops issues in ORTOS and ensure no past due items.
- To perform review of standard process model for your area half yearly (or earlier, if warranted). Review and ensure documentation of a robust BCP / DRP and test minimum once a year under DBSI plan and achieve a satisfactory result.
- Review and agree SLA’s with Business partners. Measure achievement, defects, errors and customer complaints. Provide monthly feedback including areas for improvements and action plan. (dashboard for T&O and for BU)
- Conduct formal quarterly meeting with business partners, and associated BU / SU’s to discuss quality achievements, business volumes and sales / product plans to anticipate and proactively support growth forecasts. Ensure all product launches are supported within time and cost budgets.

Have sufficient knowledge on Custody Operations, Capital Market and Banking RegulationsHave minimum 5 years workinging experiencePreferrably have banking knowledge / support banking industryPrimary Location
