Lazada Marketing Solutions is a strategic function that spearheads the awareness, adoption, optimization, and revenue growth of the Lazada Sponsored Solutions, an AI-powered set of marketing tools that help our brands and sellers grow their an MS country Lead, you will report directly to the head of MS regional with a dotted line to head of General Operation in country level, playing a crucial role in revenue generation from Lazada’s asset in Indonesia. In this role, you execute monetization strategies that drive revenue through all Lazada assets (onsite, offsite). Your responsibilities encompass various aspects of project management and operations, ensuring that all deliverables are executed with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Operational Excellence : Support and oversee end-to-end operations for monetization execution, ensuring all deliverables are executed with a fast turnaround and great attention to detail.
- Working closely with CBO, COO and Retail team for revenue steering and workaround.
- End-to-End Project Management : Support the complete project lifecycle, including the development of branding asset packages, pricing strategies, pitch deck creation, promotion, collaboration with commercial team, production oversight, and delivering post-campaign reports.
- Revenue Generation / Monetization : Support revenue generation and monetization of Lazada's assets. Grow investment from partners and top sellers.
- Support Investment and Collaboration : Assist in driving investment, fostering collaboration, package development, daily operations, and post-project assessments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner and collaborate closely with stakeholders, including internal cross-functional teams such as marketing solutions, branding, social, campaign, and commercial teams, to ensure project success.
- Creativity : Support in designing branding asset packages and pricing mechanic that are attractive to brand partners. Job Requirements Requirements / Qualifications(must have) :
- 5-10 years in monetization, sales, marketing, agency, partnership or project / campaign management.
- Have experience in monetization e-commerce platform would be advantage
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Project management and operations expertise. Strong operation mindset.
- Proactive, fast learner, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment with great attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa, confidently communicates at a professional level.
