What We're Looking For : 1+ Year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using customer support tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk (preferred).
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets .
Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems is a plus.
Tech Requirements : Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor .
Stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
