Uraian TugasAn individual contributor with 5 to 7 years of experience in logistics or transportation network planning, strategy and process improvement Prior experience in using advanced analytics tools (such as optimization and simulation models) to carry out route scheduling, network and capacity planning Operations research knowledge related to network, route and fleet capacity optimization and different approaches such as mathematical and heuristics modeling Comfortable with data ETL (SQL skill is a must) and experience in creating performance dashboard using visualization tool or packages Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, or any other visualization packages in Python or JavaScript) Strong business acumen and system thinking, including ability to think strategically and drill into details when necessary, plus highly motivated self-starter and team player Degree in Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, Management Science, Operations Research, or equivalent practical experience

The Network Planning Manager will ensure that our network can scale effectively, supporting efficiency with the integration of advanced analytics and technology. A new manager will bring in capabilities to use data-driven insights and technology to optimize our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities :
Roles and responsibilities :
- Generate operational network plan for Indonesia based on short- and medium-term volume forecast, including route schedule and fleet plan, to ensure optimal network facilities, capacity and cost efficiencies
- Monitor daily network performance to ensure performance targets are achieved, and gaps are highlighted to relevant stakeholders and senior management
- Proactively identify root causes to performance gaps and suggest necessary measures to improve network performance
- Work with operational team to establish daily contingency plan for network capacity based on short-term volume forecast and signals to avoid capacity shortfall
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to build medium to long-term fleet plan to secure regular transport capacity
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to elevate overall logistics network performance and robustness
- Other project management tasks related to logistics network transformation from ideation to implementation Job Requirements Requirements / Qualifications(must have) :
