The Role

  • Conduct research and analysis on various programmatic themes.
  • Document and map current program activities.
  • Collaborate with different teams for data collection and insights.
  • Collecting and entry data regarding the research.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on research findings.
  • Support ad hoc research and analysis tasks as required.

About You

  • Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a keen interest in international development and global challenges.
  • A recent graduate, postgraduate student, or final undergraduate student in Economics, Development Economics, Finance or other related quantitative-focused discipline.
  • A desire to learn and contribute to impactful projects.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both English and Bahasa.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks and priorities.
  • Minimum 18 years old.
