We are currently recruiting for a People & Culture Administrator (HR) under 6 months fixed-term contract to join our Indonesia Office of a growing engineering consulting business.

Your Contribution

This role will be reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner - Indonesia and you will primarily be responsible for :

  • Assisting the People & Culture Business Partner and Advisor and the business in the full spectrum of HR administrative duties including (BPJS, Medical - Insurance and Claim, etc)
  • Leading and managing end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Coordinate onboarding, company orientation, offboarding and HR documentation processes
  • Manage and ensure employment documentation and correspondence is accurate and managed confidentially
  • Acting as a reliable contact point for employees and line managers across functions
  • Assisting in the coordination of regional HR initiatives and compliance matters
  • Collaborating with the People & Culture Business Partner and APAC P&C teams to ensure smooth implementation of HR programs
  • Maintain positive working relationships professionally
  • And any other ad hoc duties, as required

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Strong command of English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trustworthy and discreet in managing confidential information
  • Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Familiar with Industrial Relation and Employee Relation matters
  • Confident and capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Exposure working in Multinational / Global company is preferred
  • Proactive, meticulous, detailed and maintain high level of professionalism
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks / problem solving in a high-pressure environment
  • Enthusiastic about new challenges and keen to learn new things
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player and multi-task
