MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Japanese Chef is required to maintain high standard of all food preparation, service, and hygiene in the Nishimura Culinary, according to the standards required by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Local Japanese will be preferrable
Oral and written fluency in English
Certificate or diploma in food and beverage / hospitality management
Minimum 5 years' experiences in International hotel
Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity
