Uraian TugasOversee the performance of data collection systems and databases. Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, accuracy, and accessibility. Generate periodic reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and anomalies. Collaborate with teams to provide actionable insights derived from data monitoring. Identifying, tracking and communicating progress, milestones, deliverables, risks and issues. Ensure all data handling complies with internal policies and external regulations, including GDPR and other data protection standards. Work closely with the IT security team to identify and mitigate potential risks to data security. Collaborate with the IT team to enhance data processes and workflows. Provide technical support to end-users regarding data-related queries or system issues. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years experience in data monitoring, data analysis, or IT-related roles. Familiarity with database management systems and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with IT systems, cloud platforms, and data integration tools.
