We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Fitment Technician to join our team. Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

Meet with customers to install GPS units and electronic devices / accessories on their vehicle.
Perform maintenance and repairs if a problem arises with the unit installed on the customer's vehicle.
Complete projects on time and according to the established timeline.
Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell additional Cartrack services and software applications that match the customer's needs

Requirements :

Graduated from a vocational school with a major in automotive / electronic engineering.

Understand vehicle electricity and have experience installing electronic devices / vehicle accessories.

Experience with GPS installation is preferred.

Have a private vehicle and a driver's license (SIM).

Willing to take business trips outside of the city and the island.

Willing to work extra and / or on national holidays for a particular period of time.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to upsell products that match the customer's need.
