This is an exciting role where you will learn to use market insights and data analysis to work with different partners to start and shape new market trends. You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for spend categories and support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic sourcing processes
How you will contribute
You support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses). You also generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance.

General job scope :
This role is a member of Global Corporate and Professional Service procurement team.
Be responsible for all sourcing activities and stakeholder management with strategic suppliers and strategic scope, under categories of Consulting and Contractors, Recruitment, Financial Services, Company Fleet, Compensation and Benefit, Travel and Event, Learning and Development,
Act as a champion of several spend categories and cover geography scope of all countries in SEA (South East of Asia) and ANZJ (Australia, New Zealand and Japan)
Main responsibilities :
Manage End-to-End project sourcing activities in responsible spend scope and in SEA and ANZJ. Perform sourcing activities include RFP / Negotiation / Contracting and post-award supplier issue and contract management.
Establish strong business relations with suppliers to build the same target.
Build strong internal connections and collaboration with internal stakeholders and BU procurement operation team to achieve the same goal.
Good at analytical skills on data and building pipelines based on data analysis.
Helps build fact base via internal and external benchmarking as part of the sourcing strategy
Supports achievement of goals and KPIs in accordance with global and regional Procurement vision
Understand global and local regulations that can affect purchase of equipment and services
Hands-on all procurement dashboards and digital tools to drive efficiency
Compliance to Policies and Controls
Job requirements :
University degree or equivalent education
Minimum 5 years of Procurement sourcing or operational experience
Strategic Sourcing and Negotiation skills
Experience in using SAP, Coupa, and Power BI and good Excel analysis.
Project Management and Communication skills across different countries and cultures.
Good at verbal and written English
Ability to work in a flexible time zone (2 to 3 days night calls per week)
