The Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, social media management tools).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Bilingual in English and Bahasa to generate Bahasa-focus content
  • Creativity and an eye for design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • The Job

  • Digital Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
  • Content Creation : Produce engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and email newsletters.Craft compelling copy that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Graphic Design : Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns.Design marketing materials such as banners, infographics, and promotional images.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics : Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Social Media Management : Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.Engage with our online community and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Offline Marketing : Plan and excute offline marketing initiatives such as events, trade shows, campus activity and print advertisementMeasure and analyze the impact of offline marketing efforts and integrate insights into overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
