Responsibilities
- Support the structuring and execution of the WLB Series and other ad hoc projects, including preparation of legal documents, term sheets, and investor presentations
- Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders (legal counsel, external advisors, issuers, and investors) to ensure operational alignment throughout the transaction process.
- Assist withpliance and regulatory documentation, due diligence processes, and closing logistics for financial products.
- Contribute to the design and operationalisation of IIX's broader innovative finance offerings beyond bonds, including blended finance structures and social impact products.
- Provide technical support for impact-linked frameworks, including alignment with the Orange Bond Principles.
- Engage in internal process development, improving systems for execution, knowledge capture, and transaction documentation.
