Job Responsibilities : Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives, budget considerations, and market trends.
Translate brand direction into effective brand & marketing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
Ensure brand consistency by enforcing brand guidelines across all marketing efforts.
Perform data analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing spend across various channels (Offline, Online, Social Media, SEO, SEM).
Translate data insights into actionable business decisions for campaign optimization.
Continuously track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve marketing strategies.
Develop and manage campaign frameworks, including setting objectives, defining themes, allocating budgets, and assigning responsibilities to cross-functional teams.
Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring clear messaging and strong brand positioning.
Identify growth opportunities through data integration, market research, and customer feedback.
Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
Adjust marketing strategies based on competitive insights and emerging market dynamics.
Act as a central knowledge hub, collaborating with Business Development, Creator, and Product teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with overall business priorities.
Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and media partners to maximize brand exposure.
Job Qualification : Professional Experience : At least 5+ years of experience in growth / demand planning, strategy and planning, or consulting in FMCG Experience in managing Digital Media campaign / account (App Install, SEO, SEM, Facebook, Twitter) is a plus Proven expertise in managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously, including developing timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating teams effectively.
Strong proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and apply learning for continuous improvement.
A results driven, independent thinker with superior numerical, analytical, and financial / economics / accounting skills combining with strong marketing insight.
Familiarity with the customer journey and hands-on experience with data and product analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar).
Possesses strong interpersonal skills and maintains a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication skills are required to articulate marketing strategies and plans clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
