Project Skills : Strong Project Coordination and Timeline Management. Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office, One Drive and Experience with ZOHO CRM or ERP System is a plus. Prior experience 4-years in an Administrative or Project role. Familiarity with Sales and Project workflows is preferred. Knowledge of Sanitary Ware or Construction Industry is a plus. Flexibility to handle diverse tasks and work in a dynamic environment. Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality. Time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently. Tasks
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare Quotations, Sales Orders, and other related Sales & Project documents.
- Assist in processing customer orders and ensuring timely follow-up on Sales inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer and Sales Data in the system.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and other Departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Communicate with customers regarding Order Status, Project Status, Delivery Schedule, and general inquiries.
- Track and Monitor Project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing Sales Report and analyzing Sales Performance.
- Support the team in handling administrative tasks related to Sales and Project coordination.
- Ensure proper documentation and filling of Sales Contract, Agreements and Invoices.
