Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise the use of machines and equipment to ensure efficient and safe production operations.
• Perform analysis of production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage the implementation of shopfloor activities, including Autonomous Maintenance, SGA / QCC, Kaizen, Safety & 5R / 5S, to optimize production processes.
• Lead and manage the production team, providing guidance, support, and training to team members.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the production team.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any production-related issues.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
