IT Supervisor

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY :

Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organisation. He / She may install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person. Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with tenants and other professionals, e.g., software developers.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Diploma Holder or Higher in Information System, Information Technology or related fields
• Minimum 05 (five) years of solid / full time work experience in as IT officer or in a similar capacity in an international luxury property brand
• Has understanding with server management, networking, internet connection and also PC / Laptop troubleshooting
• Customer oriented / creative / open-minded / extrovert
• Being able to interact with guests and colleagues
• Self starter by demonstrating creativity, flexibility and innovation
